II love the Murano glass earrings I bought! There was a minor error in size of the item when it arrived, but as son as I reached out to the vendor it was fixed immediately. I received the correct size earrings within a week, and even got to keep the small size that was first mailed ,gratis. Now that's customer service! I would definitely purchase more items from this company and recommend it to those who love all things Venetian, especially Murano glass.
