Delivered safely to U.S. when no one else could

AlberoShop had the wine glasses I needed, which used to be sold in the United States, but have not been available here for more than 4 years. (I no longer had a complete set). Other vendors had no way to ship outside of the UK, even when I offered to pay more for shipping and handling. Eduardo from AlberoShop stayed in touch throughout, and worked out a solution. They opened the packages, and manually bubble wrapped each glass before bubble wrapping the whole in the shipping box. Delivered safely!
