Chi siamo: Claudio e Elisabetta e con sapiente e appassionata gestione in soli 4 anni, abbiamo contribuito a far crescere l’offerta di ospitalità Specializzata nel cuore pulsante della Città di Bari , attraverso un Concept Innovativo, arrivando a 5 strutture ricettive e 80 posti letto, tutto questo ora è Silmat Srls, ecco chi siamo. Struttura eccellente
Struttura veramente eccezionale. Una pulizia straordinaria con personale che ho conosciuto in loco . La Signora Annamaria, persona estremamente educata e pulita. Piccolo problema con l apertura della porta ma risolto nel giro di pochi minuti tramite web. Sicuramente ci ritornerò visto le mie origini baresi . Da consigliare vivamente a chi cerca tranquillità vista la zona.

Nice hostel with super friendly staff
The hostel is located close to the city center and train station. The rooms are very big, it is super clean and the bedsheets and towels were exchanged every day. It is also possible to wash the clothes for a cheap price. Only critic points are that you need an internet connection to open the door and that there is no possibility to charge the phone in the bedrooms.

Прекрасна локация. Чисто, удобно, модерно. На една крачка от стария град, от ж.п.гара и автогара, от търговската улица с маркови магазини, до всичко, което си заслужава да се види. А сигурността е на съвременно ниво.Препоръчвам!

In general everything ok, there was just one thing: I had a bed just under the air conditioning device, in the night it was sometimes a little bit too cold for me, I asked the service to put up a temperature a little bit but just received an answer that it was not possible as it was set automatically. If so, the hostel should think about changing the place of it somewhere else in the room. Big plus for the curtains in the beds, gave you a little bit of intimacy in the room.

Alloggio centrale, vicinissimo alla stazione e alle principali vie della città. Comodo l'ingresso automatizzato e ottima l'assistenza che ci ha permesso di entrare mezz'ora circa prima del check-in. Bagno un po' da rivedere.

Internet molto buono, posizione, pulizia giornaliera. Comoda registrazione elettronica e chiavi, aria condizionata. Sembrava meglio nella foto, c'era mezza porta del bagno, pareti sporche. Durante la pioggia, la terrazza perdeva e l'acqua inondava la stanza
