Damaged Goods with Incomplete Order

On August 3, 2022, I ordered 30 Cans of Purina Pro Plan Vet Gastrointestinal. It was advertised for 2.99 Euro but in the end I was charged 3.30 each. On August 8, thirteen cans arrived in a box that was falling apart and seven or the thirteen cans were very dented. I contacted Nutritienda asking for a refund on the 17 that never arrived and the 7 damaged. They said they can't issue a refund as the 17 cans have already shipped out and they would send someone to pick up the damaged cans. So far nothing. I will wait a few more days and then ask my bank for a refund on the 24 cans.
