By default, reviews are shown in order of relevance: a quality-based ordering that is neutral to the star rating.

What makes a review relevant

Detail and completeness of the text

Verified purchase

Photos or videos

The shop's reply

Language

Recency (limited weight: valid reviews never "expire")

The star rating has no effect

Negative reviews are never hidden or demoted: they all remain visible and reachable

The order does not change based on the shop's plan or on request

The average rating and the total number are calculated on ALL published reviews

At any time you can switch to most recent, highest rated or lowest rated.
