How we calculate reviewer careers
Our community levels are built only on real, verified purchase experiences. No points to collect: what counts is the quality and authenticity of your contributions.
Why verified reviews only
Careers are based exclusively on verified reviews — those linked to a real order via an order link or an approved proof of purchase. It is the only way to guarantee that every level reflects authentic purchase experiences.
What counts
Only verified reviews count, on shops and products
Each review must have at least 50 meaningful characters: reviews that are too short do not contribute
If a review is removed, it leaves the count: the level updates immediately, with no additional penalties
The rating does not count: a positive review weighs the same as a negative one. Careers reward consistency, not consensus
Merchants have no influence whatsoever on reviewers' careers

01New Voice
From the moment you register. It is a private level: it is not shown next to reviews
02Verified Buyer
1 verified review
03Counselor
5 verified reviews, across at least 2 distinct shops
04Trusted Counselor
15 verified reviews, across at least 3 distinct shops, and 6 months of membership
05Advisor
40 verified reviews, across at least 5 distinct shops, 8 of them in the last 12 months
The annual re-evaluation
The highest levels are kept through activity: Advisors and category Authorities are re-evaluated every 12 months. Those who no longer meet the requirements return to the previous level, keeping the historical mention of the result achieved (for example, "Advisor 2026").
Category specializations
Alongside the global level you can become a reference point in the categories you know best: Specialist (5 verified reviews in the category), Expert (15) and Authority (30, 5 of them in the last 12 months). The specialization appears next to your reviews when it is relevant to the shop or product category.
Recognitions. There are also recognitions dedicated to quality and consistency: particularly detailed reviews with photos or videos, steady participation over time and contributions voted as helpful by the community.
