Cantina Le Pignole
Io, Serena, con mio marito Claudio ed i nostri figli Micaela e Thomas alla guida della cantina Le Pignole portiamo avanti una tradizione vinicola secolare. Nei 3 ettari di vigneto, al momento, produciamo le uve autoctone dei Colli Berici Tai Rosso e Garganega e le internazionali Cabernet Franc e Carmenere; da cui nascono vini prestigiosi, esclusivi ed originali.
L'uva raccolta manualmente viene diraspata e pigiata in giornata e al mosto, lasciato a fermentare, viene aggiunta una minima quantità di solfiti.
Per soddisfare gli amanti del buon bere, affiniamo parte della produzione in botti di legno e proponiamo anche vini passiti di alta qualità ottenuti dalla messa in riposo dei nostri grappoli.
