Acquisto di vans n38, effettuato giorno 16 novembre, pacco arrivato il 21 al punto poste, ritiro, vado a casa, apro il pacco che era per un'amica e arriva un n36, difettoso anche se poco e secondo me usato. Tralasciando i difetti e la mia ipotesi, errare di 2 numeri è da fenomeni. Comunque 20 minuti dopo aver ricevuto il pacco, chiedo subito il reso e sapete quando mi hanno mandato l'etichetta di reso? Oggi 2 dicembre. Mai più con voi e tutti devono sapere di voi e del vostro servizio clienti.

Dopo la prima esperienza negativa, ho dato una seconda possibilità all e-commerce di questa catena di negozi di calzature, ma si è confermata negativa. In entrambi gli episodi ho acquistato scarpe che risultavano disponibili, ma che nn mi sono arrivate con l ordine ... Oltretutto, invece di ricevere prontamente contatti dal customer care, sono stata io entrambe le volte, a contattarli per avere spiegazioni e chiedere i rimborsi dovuti per gli articoli mancanti!! E doverli anche sollecitare!!! Con questi presupposti non si può proporre uno shop online

Prima volta che acquisto online da loro. Prodotto arrivato difettoso. Faccio subito reso e mi rendo conto che non fanno neanche il servizio di reso a domicilio cosa che ****** fa tranquillamente. Mai più pessimo servizio e pessimi prodotti.
