Fatto un ordinenper Pasqua (3 uova). Dopo 15 giorni con ripetuti e inutili tentativi di contatti sia telefonici ( non risponde mai nessuno) che via mail, è arrivato un pacco contenente solo 2 Uova e pervenuto completamente schiacciate

Ordinato 3 calze della befana il 27 dicembre, promettevano evasione dell'ordine in 24/48 dopo vari solleciti telefonici hanno spedito il 31/12, arrivata oggi 05/01 e all'interno manca una calza... Avvisati subito telefonicamente sono stati molto scortesi, speriamo almeno di ricevere il rimborso

Ho acquistato uova di Pasqua on-line: più della metà mi sono state consegnate rotte perché prive di adeguato imballaggio. Al telefono erano sempre irraggiungibili e non hanno mai risposto alla mia email di reclamo.
