Statene alla larga!
Ordinato un paio di stivali in offerta al 40% (ora ho capito perché lo erano!!!) terminata la finestra temporale di consegna non mi è arrivato niente. Per email mi mandano la tracciabilità ma di un'altra spedizione non della mia (assurdo!) e mi dicono di aspettare sennò faranno un rimborso. Gli stivali mi servono per un viaggio fra 10 giorni, se sono stati smarriti cosa me ne faccio del rimborso? Me lo metto ai piedi?

la peggiore esperienza di acquisto
Davvero la peggiore esperienza di acquisto sul web in 10 anni. Ordino un casco di marca il 21 aprile 2022, arriva dopo 8 giorni con lo schermo parasole rotto. L’11 maggio dopo una decina di mail e 2 servizi fotografici autorizzano il reso promettendo che lo avrebbero sostituito, dopo 16 giorni lo processano e mi garantiscono la sostituzione, il 30 maggio dicono che è esaurito (c’erano altri colori disponibili ma non me li offrono) e mi rimborsano il prezzo offrendomi, per i 40 giorni di attesa, uno sconto del 10%. Peccato che nel frattempo avessero aumentato il prezzo del casco del 40%. Sconsi
