Per tantissimi anni sono stata cliente di un'altra nota compagnia telefonica. Pensavo di avere fatto un'ottima scelta finchè non mi sono ritrovata con fatture elevatissime e promo su mobile con 2 3 giga. Decido a quel punto di passare a vodafone e da allora sulle fatture della mia linea fissa non ho più sorprese. Chiarezza e trasparenza. Facilità di elaborare richieste. E poi c'è sempre Tobi come assistenza 24 ore su 24

Pessimo servizio, continui problemi alla rete telefonica ed internet, non consiglio nessuno di usufruire e abbonarsi a una compagnia che tru*** e prende i giro i propri clienti, nonostante pagamenti puntuali e profumati. Operatori incompetenti e menefreghista, incapaci di risolvere le esigenze dei guasti ed errori loro, non so nemmeno perché lavorano lì, vergogna!
