Ho acquistato il 6 dicembre 2024 un articolo pagandolo euro 150 ed era disponibile. Non ho mai ricevuto l'articolo. Ho inviato diverse mail ma non hanno mai risposto. Ho chiamato al numero di contatto da risponde un privato dicendomi che ho sbagliato numero.

SCANDALOSI !
Dopo un acquisto tramite menomano il 18 dicembre 2022, con spedizione tra il 20 e il 22 dicembre 2022, non ho mai ricevuto il mio pacco da 365€. Dopo continue richieste sullo stato della spedizione il 30-12 mi ritrovo con la risposta che "l'acquisto è stato annullato e che è in corso il rimborso". Per riavere i soldi dovrò attendere 5/10 gg lavorativi...Questo perché il venditore ha annullato l'ordine. Nel frattempo si sono tenuti i miei soldi sul conto...Se fanno così con 1000 clienti (365 x 1000 = 365000€) riescono a campare con gli interessi dei soldi che hanno sul conto ! SCANDALOSI !
