Ottima scelta di vini, pessimo servizio
Un tempo Vino.Com, o Vino75 come anche si chiama, era il primo negozio online per amanti dei vini, e lo abbiamo utilizzato per anni. Adesso, ce ne teniamo ben lontani. Ci sembra notevolmente peggiorato, specialmente nel servizio clienti, a causa di frequenti disguidi e disservizi nella consegna, dei quali magari è responsabile lo spedizioniere, che peraltro sono stati loro a scegliere e dalla assenza di un intervento risolutivo come puo essere l'invio ad esempio di un ordine sostitutivo quando si accorgono dei ritardi come altri fornitori. Peccato, ma almeno ora il web è pieno di alternative.

Sito affidabile, puntuale e ben fatto. Ampia scelta di vini di qualità a catalogo e molto utili i filtri di ricerca gli strumenti guida oltre ai consigli del sommelier per gli abbinamenti. Super consigliato!
