Mai consegnato, ritiro in un'altra città
Ho fatto un grosso ordine che sarebbe dovuto essere consegnato il giorno 28/03 ma il corriere (SDA/Piste Italiane) non si è mai presentato. Ho riprogrammato la consegna al giorno 29/03 mattina ed il corriere nuovamente non si è presentato. Ciliegina sulla torta, il pacco è disponibile per il ritiro presso un centro operativo SDA situato in una città diversa dalla mia, nonché dalla città di consegna. Inaccettabile e deludente. Ho contattato il servizio post vendita e, per adesso, non hanno saputo gestire la situazione, tantomeno provare a collaborare per trovare una risoluzione al problema.

Catalogo vastissimo e spedizione velocissima!
Ho ordinato una confezione con bicchieri di Vecchio Amaro del Capo Riserva del Centenario da 0,7 ℓ: prezzi super competitivi e spedizione super veloce (venivo aggiornata costantemente sullo stato della mia spedizione) e hanno mantenuto la promessa fatta (consegna assicurata prima di San Valentino). Il sito è chiaro e immediato, sicuramente ripeterò la mia esperienza acquistando magari una bella bottiglia di vino tra le tante che hanno a disposizione nello Shop (super fornito).
