Merce MAI PERVENUTA
Ho fatto acquisti per Carnevale, ben 97,90 euro. Attendo 3 settimane. Con una mail, dopo mie svariate insistenze, mi si dice che il pacco è perso e provvederanno a inviare di nuovo. Son passate 3 settimane. Non ho MAI RICEVUTO NULLA. E nemmeno i soldi indietro. Dovró agire per vie legali. Non rispondono né al telefono e né alle mail. Pessimi.V. C.

informazioni furvianti e servizio clienti incoeren
Sulla homepage del sito è scritto in evidenza che se acquisti entro una tale ora ti garantiscono la consegna entro una certa scadenza. Purtroppo è ingannevole perchè loro si occupano solo di spedirtelo lavandosi le mani su eventuali ritardi da parte del corriere. E no! Un venditore corretto e onesto segue la vendita fino alla fine! Il servizio clienti presenta inconcruenze, uno ti promette una cosa, il giorno dopo un collega smentisce e anche questa è inaccettabile ! Quindi confermo tutte le recensioni negative ...il pacco non arriva nelle tempistiche promesse!
