Ho effettuato un ordine alle 8.30 e alle 10.30 ho scritto l'e-mail chiedendo l'annullamento in quanto mi sono accorta che il prezzo dell'articolo indicato on line era iva esclusa senza però indicarlo che ritengo commercialmente scorretto. Le loro condizioni sono: Accettiamo la cancellazione dell'ordine prima che il prodotto sia spedito o prodotto. Se l'ordine viene annullato otterrai un rimborso completo. Non possiamo annullare l'ordine se il prodotto è già stato spedito. Ora scrivono "l'annullamento dell'ordine richiede una commissione di gestione del 20%, se accetti, ti rimborseremo l'80%
