pessima esperienza
Pessima esperienza.materiale scadente proveniente dalla cina con etichette in cinese.non volevano accettare il reso ma per foruna avevo pagato con paypal con il loro intervento sono riuscito ad ottenerlo.inoltre il reso è a carico del cliente e la merce va spedita in cina ho aspettao più di un mese per il rimborso.

Esperienza molto negativa
Il 14 marzo ho acquistato due articoli (maglioni), supponendo si trattasse di azienda italiana, come il profilo evidenziava; sono arrivati solo in data 28 marzo (chiesto spiegazioni, mi rispondono che, causa mole di lavoro, delocalizzavano su paesi asiatici),senza etichette, privi di cartellini, arrotolati in un pacchettino minimale, fatti di una maglina presumibilmente sintetica (non c’erano etichette e non posso conoscerne la composizione), neanche un pigiama preso in un discount sarebbe tale. Ho subito scritto per un reso, mi hanno risposto in modo generico, e poi non hanno più risposto
