CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO BAD. I’m still speechless. I ordered a wallet and it was clearly damaged, I sent the pics but they didn’t do nothing. I still want to cancel my other order not yet delivered but they said it’s not possible without pay taxes. When it’s clearly written in they’re website that you can cancel an order without pay more if is not still delivered. And... I can’t cancel the order by myself cause the link with my orders is not available, so I need someone from costumer servire to do it. They answer after one day also and treated me like a stupid.
