pepe della Tasmania
ho comprato il pepe della Tasmania nella bustina con molletta, ma a parte il prezzo salatissimo, dopo poco tempo questa spezia ha irrimediabilmente perso la sua fragranza. Ho poi visitato il sito di Ubena e infatti c’è scritto che si deve conservare in un barattolo a tenuta ermetica...ma allora che senso ha commercializzarlo in un sacchetto di plastica? Anche se richiudibile, non basta, perchè la fragranza si perde lo stesso! E tra l’altro questa indicazione di conservarlo in un barattolo è scritta solo sul sito, non sulla confezione di plastica.
