Non hanno spedito tutta la merce acquistata e non stanno rispondendo alle mie comunicazioni. Ho pagato ma di fatto è arrivato un prodotto su due.

Prodotto difettoso e pericoloso.
Ho acquistato una scarpiera e ho riscontrato gravi problemi di qualità: i tubi in ferro erano irregolari e le parti in plastica molto fragili, tanto da rompersi durante il montaggio. Ho subito una piccola ferita mentre cercavo di assemblarla seguendo scrupolosamente le istruzioni. Ho contattato il servizio clienti, ma non ho ricevuto né rimborso né sostituzione, e il prodotto era già stato smaltito da me per motivi di sicurezza. Ritengo che altri clienti debbano essere informati dei rischi e della bassa qualità di questo articolo.

State alla larga da questo negozio. Non fate acquisti non fidatevi assolutamente se poi volete rischiare a voi la scelta importante che sappiate che queste persone non si faranno problemi a lasciarvi una brutta esperienza di acquisto. Anche con pay pal non fate pagamenti. Ricercate questo sito sulle piattaforme di recezioni e scoprirete che dico la verità sulla sua discutibile affidabilità.

Ho acquistato un articolo con questo venditore, mi hanno mandato l'articolo sbagliato, dopo averlo contattato, ammette l'errore da parte sua , e mi dice che se voglio il rimborso devo aprire un reclamo e che le spese di spedizione sono a mio carico, dopo che hanno sbagliato loro incredibile, UN CONSIGLIO STATE LONTANO DA QUESTO VENDITORE CHE SI è DIMOSTRATO POCO SERIO E COMPLETAMENTE INAFFIDABILE.

Pochi aggiornamenti del tracking ma tutto bene
Ho comprato un paio di cuffie bluetooth per la palestra, sono arrivate dopo 3 giorni Unica pecca ho ricevuto pochi aggiornamenti sulla spedizione ma l'assistenza clienti è stata gentilissima ed ha risposto anche a sera tarda
