They don't answer
I wrote using their form about a potential return and received no response. I thought I had made the right choice (an Italian company) but I regretted it. For the order I placed, the shipping costs are too high.

Jewelry trim purchase. Splendid. Fast delivery times. The merchandise - although delicate - arrived perfect (very well packaged). Images and reality identical. Very interesting to be able to buy it whole if you take multiple pieces. Highly recommend
