I have contacted them everywhere including WhatsApp, emails, tickets phone calls and still haven’t received a single reply as to what is happening with my order. I’ve already paid the amount but nothing is happening, it’s been 2 weeks already at this point and they completely ghosted me

Bestellung nicht gekommen/Keine Reaktion
Erste Erfahrung war sehr gut. Habe nun weitere Bestellung getätigt. Die Bestellung ist seit 3 Wochen in Bearbeitung. Habe nun das 3 mal mit Mail gemahnt. Keine Reaktion. ist die Firma am sterben? Werde nun noch kurz warten, wenn ichts kommt, dann werde ich über meine Kreditkarte den Betrag zurückfordern.Es kann etwas Verspätunghaben, aber keine Reaktion zu zeigen geht gar nicht.

Délai important mais produit finalement livré
Commande simple et rapide effectuée. Par contre livraison réalisée après un mois avec peu de retours malgré des prises de contact par mail, whatsapp,... néanmoins produit finalement arrivé avec un geste commercial très appréciable ! Tout est bien qui finit bien !

Non chiari tempi di consegna
Prodotto conforme ma non chiari con tempi di spedizione. Dopo una settimana dall ordine mi dicono che il prodotto da me scelto non è disponibile, ne scelgo un altro e ci mettono un altra settimana per spedirlo.

Effettuato ordine on line è stato spedito un articolo in meno (pari alla metà del valore dell’ordine). Sul sito non ci trovano chiare indicazioni per le contestazioni. Inviati messaggi via whatsapp e mail segue un riscontro dopo circa un mese. Tock Black ha infine rimborsato l’importo relativo all’articolo mancante. Tutto risolto migliorabile l’assistenza clienti.

Il prodotto ordinato non c'era, ne hanno mandato un altro simile, ma non uguale, il servizio clienti è stato gentile, ma c'è stata una certa attesa per capire cosa dovevamo fare con la sostituzione. In futuro per favore aggiornate il sito.
