Ho acquistato una borsa mi sono arrivati un paio di occhiali Ray-Ban falsi mai acquistato, ho contattato il centro reclami per il rimborso ogni giorno cercano una scusa prima la questione covid poi volevano le foto della merce adesso ulteriori scuse, spero che le autorità competenti bloccano e beccano questi truffat***, non comprate niente su questo sito ne merce acquistata vi arriva e non vedete nemmeno più i soldi sono da denuncia VOGLIO IL MIO RIMBORSO CIFRA TONDA

Il 4 Dicembre ho ordinato una borsa , dopo tantissimi e-mail ieri ( 7 gennaio ) e arrivato un pacco direi un doppio pacco ! Non era la borsa ma due paia di occhiali Made in China . Ho intenzione di segnalare questo sito .

Assolutamente da evitare
Ho effettuato l'acquisto di due pianole elettroniche il 30 novembre 2020, con consegna prevista il giorno 17 dicembre 2020. Le tastiere non sono arrivate e dal 17 dicembre ho scritto quasi ogni giorno e finalmente mi hanno risposto che arriveranno. Oggi siamo al 5 gennaio 2021 e delle tastiere nessuna traccia, ma in compenso mi sono arrivati (oggi) due paia di occhiali Ray-Ban mai ordinati e presumibilmente falsi visto che arrivano dalla Cina. Sito assolutamente da evitare!!!!

Buongiorno, Questa azienda cinese mi ha mandato il pacco di qualche altra persona! il valore del mio oggetto era di 45€, quello che mi hanno mandato di 5€. Dopo infinite mail dove se volevo la mia merce dovevo prima spedire indietro la loro a mie spese, oppure in prima battuta proponevano un rimborso di 20%, alle fine mi hanno "costretto" a tenere la merce errata, e mi hanno rimborsato la metà del prezzo pagato cioè € 22,50. Quindi si sono "tenuti" 17,50€. in sostanza hanno fatto pagare a me il loro errore. Sconsiglio vivamente a tutti di comprare da loro. Grazie
