Pessimi! Ordinato uno specchio, arrivato ...
Pessimi! Ordinato uno specchio, arrivato rotto, imballaggio ridicolo! Contatto l'assistenza per una soluzione - nessuna risposta. Avevo acquistato con Paypal, apro una contestazione, dopo diversi giorni ricevo una telefonata da Thermoprofessional, mi offrono un rimborso parziale: credevo fosse uno scherzo! Per non parlare dei discorsi assurdi fatti dal signore al telefono: "Si metta nei nostri panni", "Sì ma lo specchio di solito si acquista insieme ai mobili", insomma ALLUCINANTE. Alla fine rispondono a Paypal chiedendo la restituzione dello specchio A MIE SPESE. Consiglio: state alla larga!

Pessima assistenza post-vendita, ho dovuto contattare per un mese con telefonate, e-mail, filmati e messaggi; non è stata applicata la garanzia di 10 anni sul pezzo difettoso, pagato a mie spese. Sconsiglio gli acquisti, mancanza di professionalità
