comprato come 140x200 e invece... i ...
Lenzuola comprate come 140x200 e in effetti dopo un lavaggio in acqua fredda sono 130x200. Tessilhotel non accetta resi perché lavate ma il PRODOTTO NON È QUELLO PROPOSTO!

Qualità molto scarsa, pessima assistenza
Merce di qualità molto scarsa, con errori di cucitura (un lenzuolo presentava un buco su un angolo: non si fa un seppur superficiale controllo di qualità prima di spedire la merce?) e grammatura inferiore al dichiarato. Sporgiamo reclamo e ci viene offerto il rimborso della merce e delle spese di ritiro. Dopo un mese e diverse chiamate, ci viene finalmente rimborsata la merce ma ci vengono addebitate le spese di ritiro, oltre a quelle di spedizione: una trattenuta pari a un terzo del totale dell'ordine. In seguito a un lungo scambio di email e telefonate, ci viene finalmente garantito il rimbo
