Stampa tesi pessima e disattenta
Ho ordinato 5 copie di una tesi, specificando per ognuna 6 pagine a colore, pagando anche 10 euro extra per una cura maggiore del documento. Il risultato è stato un ordine arrivato con una sola pagina a colore per copia, e le pagine di ognuna di queste ondulate. L'assistenza ha proposto una soluzione improponibile come reinviare a loro le tesi e ristamparle nonostante nell'ordine fosse stato specificato che fosse urgente. Tornassi indietro non affiderei mai a gente così distratta la rilegatura della tesi, sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di farlo.
