Trascorsi 2 anni dall'installazione delle zanza...
Trascorsi 2 anni dall'installazione delle zanzariere, sono da buttare. Chiesto preventivo (350€), per sostituirne UNA. Preventivo fatto, accettato e firmato il 9 OTTOBRE 2025. Materiale FORSE in arrivo tra il 12 e il 19 NOVEMBRE (un mese dopo quindi per la SOLA ZANZARIERA, il telaio rimane lo stesso). Siamo al 28 NOVEMBRE e ancora non so se il materiale sia arrivato o no, non ho avuto nessun contatto per programmare l'eventuale installazione, zero, niente, nisba. Se questa la chiamate professionalità, non avete mai lavorato in vita vostra.

... aspettando il tendone
Il venditore Roberto di tendaberg di recava a casa per la misura tendone, peccato!!!! le misure non corrispondono ,il rullo del tendone e' corto! Per portarmi avanti(siamo gia' Ottobre) telefono il venditore Roberto, se gentilmente poteva sollecitare il prossimo intervento della posa con le nuove misure, visto che l'errore è dipeso da lui, mi rispondeva con testuale parole - Per quello che ha pagato!-(io ho pagato esattamente un loro preventivo) e mi riattacava il telefono. -Mi sta bene il ritardo della posa -L 'errore delle misure fatto dallo stesso venditore -La maleducazione NO
