Ho acquistato il 19 gennaio due sacchi di trainer da 12kg per un totale di circa 65 euro. Non avendo ricevuto consegna o comunicazione, ho provato a chiamare al numero dei contatti che risulta inesistente, poi ho scritto chiedendo spiegazioni e non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Ho deciso di denunciarli

Merce acquistata e non ancora ricevuta
Ho ordinato e pagato in data 9/1/24 una confezione di crocchette Exclusion coniglio e patate per un importo di 15,80 euro. Ad oggi 25/1/24 non sono ancora state consegnate, non esiste tracciatura dell'ordine sul sito on line se non per lo stato iniziale di 'pagamento accettato' e poi il nulla : nessuna risposta a email e telefonate per chiarimenti.
