Poor customer service
I've never had such an order before. I ordered for 102€ and used a 10% discount code. So it was 91,80€. The color of the jacket on the website was a very nice bright purple. I really didn’t get a clue what I was getting. An ugly dark violet that doesn’t even look at all like on the homepage. I wish i could upload a picture of the jacket here. Well now to the best part. I was expecting my money for almost two weeks and instead of 91,80€ only 77,80€ were refunded. With the justification of the customer service, that was indeed the 14€ for the shipment. strangely, on my invoice was 0€ shipping.
