Acquisto custodia MONO Sleeve (#2431317). Descrizione INCOMPLETA e PERICOLOSA: sistema Headlock inadatto a palette inclinate (rischio danni!), info omessa sul sito. Reso necessario a mie spese (15€). Rifiutano rimborso spedizione, incolpando me/produttore. Politica resi PESSIMA vs concorrenza (es. Thomann resi gratuiti). Assistenza inutile e rigida. Date consegna spesso ingannevoli (sono di spedizione). Cliente perso per sempre. EVITATELI.

Ho acquistato in questo sito diversi articoli per la mia chitarra. Il sito è di facile navigazione e cercare gli articoli è piuttosto semplice. Un articolo non era disponibile e il venditore non sapeva quando sarebbe stato riassortito. Secondo me non si dovrebbe poter completare un acquisto dal sito se l'articolo non è disponibile; e se accade che un articolo non è disponibile, l'assistenza clienti dovrebbe consigliarti una alternativa (essendo loro più esperti sull'argomento). Per il resto tutto bene, articoli di ottimo livello: consigliato
