Il 03/11/2019 acquisto un notebook ASUS N580GD-E4087T e pago con bonifico 935,75€. L'11/11/2019 vedendo ancora l'ordine in sospeso, sollecito la consegna sul form del loro sito e mi rispondono che l'ordine è bloccato perché "la somma risulta in qualche modo indisponibile e di contattare la mia banca". Ricevo conferma dalla loro banca la piena disponibilità con valuta 05/11/2019. Riscrivo, chiedendo quindi la consegna entro 7gg (il loro sito ne prevede 2/3 gg). Da allora nessun riscontro (ne consegna ne comunicazioni). Ho dato disdetta ordine con riaccredito entro 15 gg... risponderanno?
