impossibile parlare con qualcuno
Che dire: la mia esperienza non è del tutto positiva. Ho ordinato una felpa il 9 dicembre 2024 ma poi mi sono resa conto di aver sbagliato la taglie e ho chiesto il reso. Ad oggi (23 gennaio) non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta e non vorrei poi sentire che i termini per il reso sono scaduti! cerco invano un numero di telefono con cui interfacciarmi ma non esiste. Alla mail non ho ricevuto riscontro.

Ottimo (ma migliorabile il sito)
Sito un pò scarno di informazioni dettagliate sul prodotto (magari inserire una guida alle taglie sarebbe utile). Servizio assistenza ha risposto in tempi brevi alla email(in italiano). Spedizione affidata a BRT: velocissima: tempi di consegna 3 giorni (dal Belgio).

Ho fatto un ordine il 4 dicembre, quando visualizzo l ordine appare scritto completo e consegnato...ma a chi? Non a me....cerco di contattarli ma è impossibile Cambierò la valutazione quando avrò riscontro

PESSIMO SERVIZIO
Ho ordinato e PAGATO una maglia il 17 dicembre 2020 e ad oggi, 7 gennaio 2021, non solo non è ancora arrivata, ma continuano a dirmi che la spediranno prossima settimana !!!!
