Ho ordinato 300 copie di calendario da loro, e sul sito web c'erano due opzioni: una era la stampa serigrafica e l'altra era la stampa a quattro colori. Ho scelto la stampa a quattro colori. Inaspettatamente, una settimana dopo, quando ho ricevuto i calendari, ho scoperto che il contenuto personalizzato non era stampato direttamente, ma era attaccato con degli adesivi. I miei clienti non possono accettare questo tipo di pratica, e io ho finito per perdere soldi.

Negozio non affidabile
Purtroppo il negozio non è affidabile. Ho ricevuto un terzo del mio ordine sbagliato e dopo diverse email per cui non ho mai ricevuto risposta anche il servizio clienti telefonico ha confermato la scarsa professionalità dello shop. Nonostante mi fossi resa disponibile a impacchettare gli articoli sbagliati e renderli immediatamente, loro hanno preferito tenersi i soldi e sparire nel nulla. Segnalati anche alle associazioni di tutela consumatori.
