Dopo 2 mesi niente prodotto e niente rimborso...
Ho effettuato un ordine il 4 Ottobre 2021 per un alimentatore interno Apple (n. ordine EPE1AWTUR), a parte il fatto che l'oggetto risultava disponibile e invece scopro solo dopo il pagamento che non lo era, il prodotto, dopo un mese, non è arrivato e contattando via mail il servizio clienti, mi chiedono di pazientare altri 15 giorni. Passati anche questi ulteriori 15 giorni e del prodotto neanche l'ombra, ricontatto il servizio clienti chiedendo l'annullamento dell'ordine e il rimborso ma qui viene la parte più ridicola, all'inizio hanno tempore
