Un solo aggettivo 'Inaffidabili"
Acquistato due mesi fa un paio di scarpe Premiata indossate 5 il film che riveste la suola evidentemente difettato viene via portando con sé i disegni. Mando una mail. Mi dicono di inviare tutto tramite whatsapp. Lo faccio. Per due settimane non rispondono. Oggi li contatto e mi dicono che hanno girato tutta la documentazione fotografica alla casa madre. Quando faccio notare che ho fatto lo stesso anche io magicamente mi dicono che ha risposto proprio in quel momento che il prodotto e' difettato . Mi propongono un rimborso di 14,50 che naturalmente non accetto. Semplicemente vergognosi
