Ho acquistato il prodotto "Microsoft Office 365 Personal" che, da verifiche Microsoft, è risultato illegale in quanto l'account comunicato fa capo ad una azienda con la quale non si ha alcun tipo di rapporto. Il venditore NON è un partner riconosciuto da Microsoft e si è rifiutato di applicare il diritto di reso e re***** come stabilito dalla normativa vigente. Attenzione che i software acquistati sul sito in questione NON sono regolari!

Mia figlia ha acquistato Windows 11pro ma non era specificato che fosse semplicemente un aggiornamento ha disdetto dopo circa un 'ora in ogni modo é arrivata fattura senza aver ricevuto nessun acquisto file vuoto non scaricabile loro si sono pagati un servizio non fornito pubblicizzano soddisfatti o rimborsati entro 30 giorni ma a noi non rispondono più a nessuna mail per dimostrare quanto descritto ho la fattura
