Ho comprato un mobile del bagno composto da tantissimo pezzi , siccome la casa era in costruzione ho montato il mobile dopo qualche mese. Mi sono ritrovato con il lavello rotto tutto scheggiato.. ho contattati queste persone e mi dicono che il reso va fatto entro 14 giorni.. non c’è un minimo di garanzia.. fanno ****** 😷

Ho acquistato su questo sito una vasca modello Ibiza. Ho optato pagamento alla consegna, consegna affidata a Bartolini, ci sono volute 2 settimane per arrivare a me ma colpa del corriere. Mi sono trovata in pieno periodo covid e quindi non solo la vasca l ho potuta installare dopo qualche mese , dopo aver fatto i lavori per tutto il mio appartamento, finalemnte a luglio proviamo la grandiosa vasca... Che perdeva acqua da tutte le parti perché ogni componente è di plastica, fessure da tutte le parti. Innumerevoli le volte che ho chiamato al servizio clienti per i pezzi di ricambio...
