ESPERIENZA PESSIMA !!!!!!! ho comprato degli articoli non conformi alle mie esigenze, ho chiesto la sostituzione, mi rispondono con una mail preimpostata, non hanno un servizio clienti telefonico, per il post vendita personalmente per me, azienda da evitare ZERO STELLE da evitare

FORTEMENTE DELUSO ! ! ! Merce inviata mancante e non corrispondente all ordine. Dopo tempo ricevo finalmente tutta la merce pagata, montate le lampade, alcune non funzionano. Segnalo il difetto e mi viene richiesto un video, inviato tre volte senza esito. Dopo circa tre mesi dall ordine e tanto tempo perso non riesco ancora ad ultimare l installazione. Ai numeri telefonici indicati sul sito non risonde nessuno

acquistato tubi led uno non funziona contattati mi hanno fatto fare video con tubo led non funzionante ma poi nessuna risposta più sentititi ho fatto notare che i tubi led proiettano strisce di luce bianca e strisce di luce gialla e questo no va bene pregiudica la luce sulle cose bianche che risultano bianche con strisce gialle il servizio post vendita è inesistente non risolve nulla di nulla
