MAI PIU.
Ho fatto l’ordine, un minuto dopo ho mandato un email chiedendo di correggere la taglia di un prodotto sbagliata ma dopo poche ore l ordine risultava già spedito. Ho provato il giorno dopo a chiamare in orario di “servizio clienti attivo” (2 ore la mattina) e anche li nessuna risposta alle 8 chiamate. È arrivata un email dopo 3 giorni dicendo che ormai l’ordine era partito. Come se non bastasse ho pagato di piu per la spedizione veloce per avere un prodotto dopo 6 giorni (piu della spedizione standard). Saró anche costretta ora a pagare il corriere per la restituzione dell ‘articolo sbagliato
