Saponeshop & Farmajet poco affidabili e poco seri
Dopo circa un mese che non spedivano e un paio di mail di spiegazione dei ritardi a cui non ho mai ricevuto risposta ho aperto la contestazione via paypal. Circa 48h dopo, ricevo una mail da SaponeShop in cui mi si avvisava che il materiale era pronto a partire. Pochi giorni dopo, all'arrivo del materiale, scopro che la fornitura era incompleta e parzialmente errata. Di nuovo non rispondono e di nuovo apro contestazione paypal. Dopo 3 settimane perlomeno ricevo il rimborso del mancante (sul loro sito riportano entro pochi giorni). SCANDALOSI
