ordine del 30/11 non pervenuto
Parlo di un ordine del 30/11 per un MacBook Pro con il muovo processore M1; pagato con bonifico e ancora non arrivato. Ho ricevuto la fattura e l'avviso che Apple è in ritardo con le consegne. Approfittando del ritardo, ho scritto per chiedere di cambiare l'ordine con un Mac della stessa serie ma con una RAM di 16MB invece di 8MB. POI Oo mandato infiniti solleciti, ai primi ho avuto risposte rassicuranti, ma da 3 settimane nessuna risposta. Ho chiesto il rimborso, nessuna risposta. Ho fatto segnalazione alla Polizia di Stato, nessuna risposta. Sarà legittimo pensare a una TRU***?

Ordine effettuato e regolarmente pagato il 27 aprile, a distanza di un mese non arriva nulla e le poche risposte ricevute sono evasive e senza alcuna prova di spedizione.
