Pessima esperienza con tanti fubbi
Le aziende come la riphonegreen scoraggiano li acquisti online per di più voi avete l'obbligo di avvisare di questo perché se è successo a me non penso sia l'unico cioè gentilissimi fino a che non incassano dopo vaghi ed evasivi ,a me non hanno più risposto dopo il bonifico

SITO ******! NON LO CONSIGLIO!
Ho comprato il mio iPhone 11 nuovo a 405 euri e il giorno seguente ho chiesto il numero di tracciabilità perchè sul sito era INESISTENTE!!! Loro mi hanno risposto mandandomi un'email in cui scrivevano che l'ordine era stato annullato e che non potevano dare più i soldi indietro perchè il loro conto era bloccato e dovevo avviare in posta la pratica di CHARGEBACK! PUNTO 1:LA POSTA NON PUO' AVVIARE PRATICA DI CHARGEBACK PERCHE' NON E' L'ENTE COMPETENTE, MA LORO DEVONO DARE INDIETRO I SOLDI. PUNTO 2:SE IL CONTO FOSSE STATO REALMENTE BLOCCATO NON SAREBBERO RIUSCITI A RICEVERE I MIEI SOLDI. CONCLUSI

Mai successo prima
Il 13/02/24 ho ordinato un Dyson V15. Dopo aver chiamato e scritto PEC, mi sono stati inviate mail e messaggi che annunciavano il tracking e la consegna a breve del prodotto. Ad oggi non ho ricevuto nulla. Ho chiesto il rimborso il 05/04 e non ho ancora ricevuto alcuna risposta. Provvederò per vie legali.

Mancata consegna di prodotto pagato
Ho ordinato e pagato un telefono cellulare il 14 febbraio c.a.. Ad oggi, 13 marzo, non ho ricevuto il telefono e neppure più alcun riscontro alle mie legittime richieste.

E-commerce inaffidabile
Smartphone da 900€ ordinato il 25/12/2023, mai arrivato, ricevuto informazioni false o fuorvianti, per avere risposta sul rimborso ho dovuto minacciarli di denuncia, ad oggi attendo ancora il rimborso...se mi fossi fidato delle recensioni negative non mi troverei in questa situazione...da evitare!!! fidatevi!

Pessima esperienza, non comprate da loro
iPhone acquistato in data 10/12/23, ad oggi 08/01/24 mai ricevuto nulla. Ho provato a contattarli telefonicamente e non rispondono mai, non rispondono su whatsapp, inviate varie mail, ricevute risposte vaghe su improbabili date di spedizione che non sono appunto mai stata e rispettate. Assistenza clienti inesistente e comunicazione impossibile. Regalo di Natale rovinato. Evitateli assolutamente
