Acquistata merce per 70.50€ in data 24 giugno, dopo 10 giornoi e tre solleciti ricevo finalmente un tracking number che poi al momento in cui la merce risultava consegnata, ho scoperto essere destinato (non so a chi) ma sicuramente non a me, in un luogo distante 500 km da casa mia!. Inizio tentativi di contattare il servizio clienti (che scopro essere inesistente). Mando decine di mail. Essendo l'e-commerce legato a Tezenis, decido di fare una segnalazione su ********** e Tezenis mi risponde, dicendo che sono spiacenti, mando tutto quello che chiedono e ad oggi anche loro spariti! Che ******!
