Terrible experience: I made a double payment for the same item by mistake, thinking the first transaction hadn't gone through. I then placed two orders, one of which, no. 100065505, I requested a cancellation the next day, but it was canceled. After more than twenty days, I still haven't received a refund. I've been trying to call both customer service numbers and send emails for days, but no one answers. GONE I find it absurd that you can't communicate with a business that relies so much of its revenue on online sales.
