Servizio scadente, supporto inesistente
Sono cliente di Primo Taglio da un po’ e mi sono sempre trovato bene. Fino ad oggi. Ho fatto ordine sostanzioso con consegna il venerdì. Sono rimasto a casa tutto il giorno ad aspettare e dopo 3 solleciti nel pomeriggio alle 18 sono riuscito a sapere che la consegna era posticipata al sabato senza fornire spiegazioni. Siamo a Sabato e nonostante i miei continui solleciti non è ancora arrivato nulla e dal numero verde non sanno cosa dire (sono solo un centralino mi è stato risposto!). La mail del Customer care non risponde (già contattati ieri 2 volte). Considerando che ho ordinato mozzarelle,

PrimoTaglio che bontà!
Ho avuto modo di conoscere questa azienda e ordinare diverse volte: sempre super soddisfatta. I prodotti arrivano ben confezionati e ben protetti. Soprattutto: era tutto buonissimo! Le mozzarelle di bufala ottime; ricotta di fuscella spaziale,la torta fior di fuscella e gianduia poi... accidenti che specialità!
