Esperienza terribile, servizio clienti assente
Esperienza terribile, era da tempo che non trovavo un servizio clienti tanto scadente: da evitare come la *****. Ho fatto due ordini presso di loro: - il primo tutto bene. - il secondo mi è stato consegnato sbagliato Contattati tramite due indirizzi email, la chat sul sito e due numeri di telefono che loro forniscono: le risposte, se arrivano, arrivano dilazionate sulle settimane. Assolutamente inutili, non rispondono mai al telefono. Vi dicono che vi richiameranno o ricontatteranno ma giocano con la vostra pazienza. Risultato: soldi spariti, nessun contatto utile con loro, ordine sbagliato.
