Giugno 2022 ho sottoscritto e pagato abbonamento a Civiltà Enigmistica. il 24 dello stesso mese mi comunicano tramite mail che il 5 luglio mi sarà recapitato il primo numero del mio abbonamento. Ad oggi, 26 luglio, non mi è stata recapitata alcuna copia, il servizio clienti non risponde (sempre segreteria telefonica), ho scritto tre mail, ad oggi nesusna risposta. sconsigliato
Pessimo servizio
Ho sottoscritto un abbonamento a Burda il 10 dicembre 2021. Non solo la rivista non è mai arrivata, non ho avuto risposta alle mail inviate per chiedere spiegazioni. Il numero di telefono presente nel sito trasferisce la chiamata ad un cell, da cui parte la segreteria telefonica. Lasciato messaggio, anche qui senza risposta. Pessimo servizio, mi rivolgerò ad un’associazione a difesa dei consumatori.

Mi rivolgerò ad una associazione di difesa dei consumatori. Pessimo servizio
