One star because I have to. My sister and I wanted to buy two iPhone 16 Pros, and they recommended this place to us, which was quite useless and suspicious, given the negative reviews. We called the store several times and tried to look at the website, with little to no success. So, we decided to go to the store in person, but despite ringing the bell several times to get in, no one opened, even though the store is listed as open until 5:00 PM. FAILED.

Non-existent support, no response, and despite the various reminders I've sent for months, as of today, they've completely disappeared, and the site has been completely inaccessible for a few weeks. I'd also like to add a GDPR violation for months of non-response to the rectification/deletion (as per my right) of personal data, which I will report to the data protection authority.

I bought from them two years ago, attracted by the low prices and the significant number of positive reviews on both Google and **********. The phone arrived relatively quickly, although support was already a bit lacking at the time. Today, having had a problem with that phone, I contacted them again, having an active Platinum warranty with them, which covered various necessary replacements. The support was initially inconsistent, but fortunately, they managed to complete the process and send the phone to them for repair. All would have been fine if it hadn't been a month ago. I've tried every means possible, even with some insistence, but I'm getting no response or news. Emails, messages on various platforms, and calls to both my landline and mobile... nothing. I think I'll have to inquire about another phone, certainly not from them.
