profumo rotto non rimborsano, scorretti
ordinato un profumo il 21.02.24, ricevuto il 23.02 e fin qui tutto ok, regalo il profumo per un compleanno, all'apertura in data 27.02 l'ampolla risulta rotta al dosatore, essendo un regalo contatto l'assistenza clienti spiegando il problema allegando le foto e chiedendo un rimborso previa restituzione del prodotto rotto, ricontattato dall'assistenza mi viene detto che non sarò rimborsato in quanto il danno non l'hanno creato loro... ma non è così che funziona.. se un prodotto non è integro e no soddisfa il cliente lo stesso può chiedere il reso ed il rimborso, ma evidentemente alla Phlitalia

Abito al nord, in provincia di Monza Brianza, pur non essendo una parrucchiera, ho fatto un ordine di 42 euro di tinte per i miei capelli, sono rimasta soddisfattissima. Tutto arrivato in tempo brevi e imballato alla perfezione. Lo consiglio e fa ora in poi, ordinerò sempre da loro.
