Ordino una RETRO consolle per il costo di 90€. Sul sito mi da disponibilità AMPIA e spedizione in 24h. Passano 10 giorni, contatto via email. Mi arriva email automatica che dice di contattare l'assistenza via WhatsApp, cosa non è normale in quanto il cliente non è tenuto ad avere o contattare via WhatsApp. Lo faccio ugualmente mi dicono che per eccesso di lavoro sono un po' in ritardo. Li contatto dopo circa 25 gg (ancora via Wapp) lamentandomi del servizio. Dopo 1 mese NON ho ricevuto un prodotto pagato. Assistenza clienti vergognosa. Rimborso chiesto ed ottenuto con PAYPAL. PERDITEMPO!
